Gem Ball Floor Lamp

This is my second delivery. The first was damaged. Two crystals were broken off and the cable was damaged. My second one had two crystals broken off. As I like the design of the lamp I have made temporary repairs. The retaining wires on the crystals are very femmer.

So short not sturdy at all it doesn’t illuminate a room because it’s so short and the lamp is heading downwards so leaves it dark anyone who walks past the lamp it shakes and scares us as if it might fall at any point

Terrible service but lamp good when actually delivered

I love this floor lamp. It is sturdy and looks expensive. Easy to assemble and adds real style and glamor to my living room.

Have had two of these lamps and both have been damaged. First one the base was all scratched, also the box it was in had obviously been opened as done up with different tapes. The second one had one of the pieces of glass on the globe hanging off and another piece of glass put back on with a different colour wire. Don’t know what’s happening to quality control, but I won’t be getting a third. For something at £200 you expect better .

Looks stunning on website, I am waiting for the 4th replacement light to arrive today, everyone has been faulty will give up after today.......

Very pleased when this floor lamp arrived, as it went well in our lounge. However, as it is not that tall, the light is at eye level. We tried the recommended 6W LED and the light was far too dazzling. We then bought a 3W, which was better, but still shone in our eyes. We have order a 1 W soft LED, which hopefully will give the soft light that we want. This would be worth some thought when purchasing this lamp, as we will have paid for three bulbs when, hopefully we find the right one!

I'm very pleased with the lamp. It's very pretty, practical and just what I was looking for. I'm a happy customer.

It’s twisted and 6 of the droplets are broke and it doesn’t hang straight

The pictures of this lamp dont do it justice it is stunning but for two hundred pound was shocked it had no bulb
