The soles is made by paper! Watch out!

I had the same issue as other customer, the sole is deflated so fast, and I found it was actually made by papers! Looks good in the picture, and M&S price, but Primark quality.

Soles disintegrated within 3 weeks
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
Got these for Xmas. Really comfortable but the soles on both slippers completely disintegrated within 2 to 3 weeks and they have only been worn around the house. Really poor quality and I can't even take them back as the stores are closed.

Not the normal quality

Bought as a Christmas present for my husband, very disappointed as only 8 weeks later sole is splitting away from knitted top on both slippers and have stretched dramatically. ALWAYS buy slippers for M&S but these have really disappointed, husband has gone back to wearing Xmas 2019 ones which are still going good!

Bought these 2 weeks ago. A great pair of slippers. Reliably warm, cosy, very comfortable, yet smart. Fresh, and I trust they will remain so. But good to know they're also washable. Reasonable price for all this!

Bought fir my husband age 75 so he could just slip in them rather than bending to pull on. Comfortable slippers easy to walk in but as a knitted material they spread a bit when worn so better with a smaller size

Sizing not right

They were a present from "shielding" grandparents. Sizing is very disappointing, they don't seem much bigger than a size 7 - I re-ordered them and seem very similar

First impression was good and as pictures but within a few days the fabric had stretched and my foot wouldn’t stay above the sole. Really dangerous.

I got this delivered just 5 days back in just 3 days the cushioning under the sole got absolutely flat. Have not seen any product from M&S that bad. I now have to probably throw it.

Had to return these slippers. As soon as I started walking they kept slipping off my foot, not comfortable to walk in at all - look good that's about all I can say

Very bouncy thick sole which is just plain weird, especially in a large size

Too small and too wide

These are no way a size 10. Smaller than my size 9s and so wide they offer no support at all. Going back.

Really poor
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
These slippers are pretty terrible and probably about £15 overpriced. First impressions are really good, very comfortable and look great. After two weeks of wear, the fabric stretches, so the slippers "slip" off when you don't want them to e.g. going up stairs. The sole is also come away from the upper. A waste of money.

Bought these slippers for indoors for myself (female) as couldn’t find any in ladies that weren’t too “fluffy”.. nice colour and finish but soles don’t grip very well, have to be a bit careful not to slip, otherwise nice!

Sadly I returned these - they offered no support - were a wider fit than my previous pair of mule slippers, lovely to look at not good to wear.

Far too wide a fit. Very soft, but means they are also too slippery inside!

Bought 2 pairs of these as liked the colour. Not a very good fit as they seem quite wide. Also they have ripped after 4 days wear.
