Not sure what has happened to M&S of late, whereas once renowned for quality and impeccable customer service; the last few times I have purchased from them I’ve been left massively disappointed. This item came with several large chips on the enamel; making me think that there is a lack of quality control. Needless to say I’ll be returning the item for a refund. The only products that I am confident in is their food.

Very pretty goes lovely in my living room but smaller than i thought it would be. I did buy this lamp in the sale and it came with a little chip on the floral base, it was so well packaged it was so hard to put back in the box properly so i couldn’t be bothered to return. If i had paid full price for it i would of definitely returned.

I have ordered and recieved in total 6 of these lamps, each one has been returned as the glazing on all of them was faulty with several faults in the glaze with brown eathernware showing through. I am very disappointed and cannot understand how this has happened once never mind six times Customer services have been a complete waste of time.

Very pretty lamp, which will look wonderful in my cottage bedroom. I like the crackle glaze and the "age spots" on the base and am really pleased with the muted colours. It looks stylish but not "in your face" and I do believe it would look good in either a modern or a traditional setting.

Looks fabulous in situ …. Gave a big plain bedroom the ‘lift’ that was needed 🙂 a couple of ‘teeny tiny’ random brown spots in the glaze but nothing to notice or detract from the over effect 👍 Love the lamp shade that it comes with … both sturdy & blends well my curtains!

Bought two for Bedroom. Beautiful lamp base which blends beautifully with decoration in the room. Sadly the lampshade is very dense, and allows limited light. It requires a much more delicate shade to allow more light, and to show this lamp at its best. I have kept the lamps, but the cost of replacing the shades make the final cost quite pricey!

The lamp base is very pretty and I’m pleased with that. However the lamp base is white with blue flowers, but it’s been paired with a dark dirty cream shade that just doesn’t go. We bought a different shade to go with it.
