Floral Print Waisted Maxi Dress

I loved this dress as soon as I saw it online. It said it was a maxi dress but it is not, it is a midi dress. Specifically wanted a long dress, such a pity as it was so nice otherwise. Please get your facts correct.

Loverly very feminine dress and looks stunning if you are, like the M&S model in the picture, six foot tall and size 8. If you are average British woman of five foot for size 12, it looks overpowering and bulky. This dress is available on internet only making the photo that much more important. M & S should care more for their traditional customers and give a more realistic picture especially for dresses not available to see in the shops.

P.leasng fabric and design. Dolman sleeves make them bulky. A generous fit, I think I may have been better with a smaller size If I could have coped with all the buttons I would have loved to keep it as it would have been very useful and flattering

This dress looked very pretty but I felt it was more suitable for a younger person than me to wear so returned for a refund.

Great quality and fit nice material that could certainly be worn in cooler weather

Loved the look of it online. Felt it was over-priced but I liked it so much I bought it anyway. But it looks terrible on me - size 14, 5'4". Didn't do me any favours at all!

I love this dress. It’s very feminine and makes me feel good when wearing it. It is long, and I intend to shorten it by a couple of inches. The fabric is nice and I think the dress will suit any age group. I am a grandma but I don’t feel or look old in it.

A shapeless tent, more reminiscent of my grandmother's brushed cotton nightie

This dress fits well.....it is long on me and I am tall....I know the fashion is for the longer "prairie dress" style but I find them a bit frumpy on me so I will probably get this dress shortened. To those complaining about the slip that comes with this dress, I will be wearing mine without the slip as I don't think it is strictly necessary :)
