This item replaces an identical model which fell to pieces after 6 months use. Useful but not 100% accurate as a guide to maintaining fitness levels. Encourages the wearer to keep moving!

Christmas present for hubby so his feedback. Says is excellent compared to similar products. But can feel slightly uncomfortable to wear especially at night for the sleep function, but thinks he will get used to it! I had a slight problem with mix up on original order but m and s staff instore and over phone could not be faulted.

Really good value and you do need to be careful as the size does come small. Great to track with the app. Good job M&S for stocking this in!

I have had to call Fitbit and request a replacement as the device has failed to sync with any of my devices properly. Called Fitbit support and they have agreed to exchange it after about 15 minutes of fault finding. I cannot fault Fitbit support for their efficiency and willingness to send out a new device. I could have gone via M&S for an exchange, but as Fitbit offered to do the swap it seemed pointless to involve them.

Great item at a superb discount price which will be invaluable in my fitness regime. Click and collect worked superbly as usual.

I am enjoying having a fit bit, I think over time it will help me exercise more. I did find getting the right size hard though. Initially I went to the fit bit website and printed off the sizing sheet which measured me as needing a large size. When it arrived I tore in to the pack not noticing the tiny tiny print on the seal telling me that I could not return it once I had broken the seal. The large was definitely too big, the face of the fit bit is long and it stuck out over the edge of my wrist and would have driven me nuts. I am a lady, 5ft 5 inches if that helps you decide what size you are likely to need. Luckily after some very negotiation M and S kindly agreed to let me return it (hooray for M and S) and I got the small. It just fits, I am on the 2nd to last strap hole but the face fits far better. I don't find it particularly comfortable sometimes as it gets annoying after a long time wearing it. The size guide on the side of the box is far more reliable than the print off size guide from the fit bit website, obviously that means, if you are purchasing over the internet, that you won't be able to see that until you have received the item.
