Snug fit

I bought these to try and hide some of my lumps and bumps. They are great quality and a really snug fit. I could not wear them for too long, they really do not suit my build. Maybe save them for when we can eventually go out!

these are not quite high enough in the waist for me (i'm 5'7") and they tend to roll down through out the day. They would be ok for a shorter person,

I know its shape wear so expect these to be tight but oh my god!! They are so small and do not fit to size. I would go a size up to your usual. The top of these also roll down and don't have a gel rim to help stick to your skin. I think they would be OK if they ran true to size and didn't roll down.

This item arrived with its label loose in the package so I guess it had already been returned at least once. It was uncomfortable so was returned

Regrettably, I had to return a size 12 as it was more like a 10.

I previously work for Marks & Spencer in Brent Cross. I worked on the lingerie department has a bra fiter. So I know that this shareware is one of the top line & best firm supported shareware. I'm a 12 but because of my hips I went a size up 14.

These do what they say and hold you in firmly, which does make a difference to how your clothes look. That said, the fabric is quite stiff and not overly comfortable to wear. In this day and age there are softer, more comfortable fabrics to use to get the same effect, so disappointing. (I ordered online thinking I had ordered some that were the same fabric as another pair). I kept them as they were reduced so good value, but will avoid purchasing again.

Bought in the sale but not as good as other waist cincher styles because the top rolls down while wearing.

I have worn this once, so cant give it 5 stars as I'm unsure how long it will last .... its tight but not uncomfortable I feel that the edges look unfinished but that's ti give a non vpl... it doesn't go right up to your bra so not sure yet if it will roll down

I read the reviews and it seemed like this was a popular and effecrtive garment. I ordered it and even went a size up. Once I got it on, I thought it was going to be okay and had high hopes. These were dashed when the top just kept rolling down and was very uncomfortable. In the end, I took it off. It will just sit in my drawer..... Disappointing.

Returned, didn't shape at all, just made me look like a barrel, gave me less shape and top kept rolling down

Whilst the general quality was good & sizing, in my opinion, true, it was too short in the body causing it to roll down when I sat. I returned it.

The best M&S cincher

I think I have got all of M&S cinchers in my drawer and this one is easily the best. Fits true to size and gives excellent firm (proper firm!) control. It feels like a good quality garment when you pick it up. It's easy to pull up and gives your figure a wonderful smooth outline once on. It also doesn't roll down and is very comfortable to wear. My new best friend!

My perfect waist-cincher! In spite of warnings, I found my size fitted me perfectly. The girdle felt quite tight at first but that is to be expected if you want it to hold you in firmly. The fabric is super smooth as are the seams so makes fitted dresses look great - felt quite sexy!. Thanks!

Now, the firm control waist sculpt product is a very good item to help one keep their shape whilst wearing certain garments clothes. Also, I found that this item really helped me keep the extra weight on my tummy in the firm control waist sculpt item, however at first it is a little bit uncomfortable when trying the item on, however the item is very good, and I think the product may need one time as well as wear to get used to the product.

Needed something to help me feel better in a nice pair of trousers, these done the job, pleased I read the reviews 1st though and ordered up a size, no way my normal size would have fitted, the top part did roll down over the course of wearing, luckily it wasn’t noticeable in the clothes I was wearing, but I was a little self conscious. Overall I was very happy with this product, and would recommend
