Faux Fur Duffle Coat

Really like the design of this coat but the quality of the fabric is very poor indeed. After less than a month of intermittent wear the fabric is covered in pilling.

I do like my duffle coat but would have liked a choice of more colours

Loved the fit and style. Received lots of lovely comments. However, only had it about 6 weeks but looks as if I've had it for years with plenty of wear. Went very bobbly. Poor quality. Reluctantly returned it. Although I didn't have a receipt got a full refund.

Very nice coat - smart, comfortable and warm. The only thing I didn't like was the fur trim on the hood but that is detachable.

I find M&S sizing inconsistent and I never know what size to order! My size was much too big but I also thought it rather heavy for me.

This was a nice coat and a good fit apart from the hood it was much too big , you could three heads in it, such a shame, so for this reason I would not recommend it. Please make the hoods smaller

Love this coat it looks smart but has a stylish edge to it with the metal toggles. My only criticism is that the hood falls right over the face when up. I did expect this as lots of these type of hoods do the same so I will make a small alteration to prevent this.All in all very pleased with this item.

Although the coat looks good and I like the colour the quality is not. The fabric is stiff and the high collar scratchy and uncomfortable. Also let down by the cheap looking plastic toggle fastenings. A pity as the style is a good one and I had to return.

Love the style and fit of this coat but very disappointed in the quality. I have only had the coat for a couple of weeks and it is looking quite worn . Bobbly bits all over especially bad where my hand bag rubs against it. Very disappointing. I don't think I still have the receipt .if I did I think I would take it back.

Saw this in the shop but didn't have a size 12 so ordered it online, came a day early and haven't had it off since/

This jacket is soo smart and such a good quality looks expensive I would love to get the navy if it comes back in stock love it i am a 18/20 but decided to get a 22 to have a bit of wiggle room and it is very comfy and fits the purpose

I have put it on for no more than 10 times and the areas where fabric rubs and some of the areas where the fabric doesn't rub creates these small fabrics that makes it look cheap

Love my new coat. Lovely and comfortable to wear. Downside? Neckline quite high so need to leave it open at the neck. However have had lots of positive comments when wearing it.
