This is a very large tin that would accommodate a large family of biscuit eaters.

CHEMICAL SMELL

No, I don't recommend this
I purchased this tin a week ago and washed it before we used it, it was then filled with biscuits that a day later were not only stale but tasted of chemicals ?!?! We washed it again but the smell remained as strong as ever Do not buy waste of money!

Bought this tin about three weeks ago! I have tried everything it stinks stinks and I have probably wasted about 6 packs of biscuits thinking I have solved it but not it has now ruined another pack! I think the powder coating smell of the tin is impossible to remove! DO NOT BUY!

Inadequate seal

No, I don't recommend this
Bought the set of bread bin, tea caddy and biscuit tin. They all look very attractive but the seal on all of them is poor. My biscuits will go stale quickly, so this isn’t really fit for purpose. I would have been happy to spend more if each of the items had a good solid seal to the lid.

Nice little unbreakable Biscuit Tin

Excellent Unbreakable item - makes a nice change from porcelain. Coordinates nicely with the small rolltop bread bin. Pity there's no similar cake storage.

A nice tin, but...

...it was too small for my purposes (keeping unopened biscuit packets straight up). Regrettably, had to return it as it looked nice with the rest of my kitchenware.

large biscuit tin

Yes, I recommend this
The biscuit tin was larger than I thought so I needed to buy more biscuits to fill it ! The lid did not appear to fit as snugly as I expected but it still appears to keep the biscuits fresh. It is well made and solid/substantial.
