The blanket is beautiful. Warms well and cosy. Great size and a must for winter!! Love it!! Customer service at M&S were amazing ,extremely prompt st following up a delivery issue.. unfortunately the delivery service was terrible. On both occasions parcel was just dumped at an apartment building foyer with no effort to notify me of its delivery.

I live in Australia- this was a present for my mother in Liverpool. With the cost of electricity there in the UK and the heating allowance for pensioners, cut - I wanted her to have a couple of heated throws for wonter. One for the lounge and one for the bedroom. These were a good choice and she loves them. Quick delivery too.

Great throw & have tried with & without heat,you can definitely feel the difference,only really used it on 5 or 10,it does however not feel as though the whole throw heats as others have stated & also why there are 10 settings,it does keep you warm when watching TV on the sofa,you can also use it on the bed before going to sleep then take it off,the timer is good though took a little while to get used to the control

A purchase of 30 Throws for a group of pensioners who attend a community Warm Space. The purchase was made after much research and the M&S Throws were the best value and met the need of the pensioners. The delivery was delayed after booking and paying for nominated day. Still awaiting a refund.

Bought on sale which is just as well because if I had paid full price it would have been going back for a refund. Barely feel any heat coming from it even after its been on for hours. Hardly any difference to a normal blanket. Not worth the money so don't buy it.

Very disappointed, after wanting this heated blanket for some time I finally decided to order it. It didn’t meet my expectations sadly. The blanket doesn’t heat up, you barely realise it’s on. After reading the reviews many people have experienced the same it’s not warm and cosy it’s lacking any warmth at all :(
