Honestly such bad quality from M&S this arrived covered in a white oily substance the whole bag was scratched and the backing inside had been ripped up. Spoke to customer service and could only receive half the amount I paid. Was very shocked at this as M&S are such a reputable brand but honestly will not be ordering Christmas presents from here again.
