I bought the orange jacket in the sale and am more than satisfied, with the colour, the fit, the style and the price. It is a very useful jacket for showery summer days.

This is a lovely coat. I am fussy about raincoats and waited a while to find the right one. I was able to get my size in the sale (which was an added bonus). Id have happily paid full price regardless. This coat is so stylish to wear and has ample room for movement. The hood is roomy enough to wear with or without a hat, which is great. I cannot say good enough things about this! The colour (green) is lovely as well. Well done M&S!

Cute little jacket in a lovely colour. I wanted a shower resistant car coat and went onto the M&S webpage and there it was, just what I was looking for. And delighted when I actually tried it on.

I ordered the khaki jacket online not knowing what the fit would be like. I’m finding M&S sizes hard to gage as they tend to differ throughout their range. I’m a 22 but ordered the 24 and I have room to spare, so I’m very happy. Trouble with being a very large bust I have to buy larger and then have baggy hip area. But this jacket has come up trumps, and the price in the sale is excellent. It’s quality is great and the style is on trend, just perfect for those not so hot days with rain showers.

great jacket to go with cargo pants

really like this new relaxed style that goes with cargo pants. Just loved the orange and the green as they go with everything i bought. The material is perfect as it looks like a summery jacket with just enough weight to it so it keeps looking fresh on. The hood gives it that on trend style. Hope to see this style in heavier materials for autumn and winter in different colours. All in all: m and s: You have done a great job!

I really like this jacket, haven't got to wear it yet as the weather has been hot. That being said, this jacket is lightweighted and has a soft cotton feel and is also stretch cotton lined. So good for a cool evening summer breeze. It may be water resistent but it's not rainproof. It has a nice quality about it. I like the hood shape and size - not too lepricorn stylie! I purchased a size up as being a GG chest can bring its own connundroms. Plus I prefer a bit more room in jacket sizes. It feels nice and comfortable on, however there is a little tightness across the front shoulder area if you pull your arms back when its zipped up.

I purchased on line in the khaki colour which is lovely. I new by the photographs that it was a short jacket but that was what I wanted. I purchased my normal size which is a perfect fit, just loose enough to compliment the jackets shape. Highly recommend.

I’ve given 4 stars for fit only because for me personally it was too short and though loved the style because of the shorter length it looked a bit young for me at a great age! But the style is super and even the shortness lift it beyond Just an anarak’.colour is flattering I think for most. Buy it in a size that isn’t loose . Very reluctantly returned it.

Had to return as it was too short in length for me and I’m not tall and it was too wide, more of a smock shape,

Really liked this jacket but when tried it on it was too short. I am not very tall around 5ft 9ins but this jacket needed a couple of inches more in length. I am disappointed as I was really looking forward to wearing this jacket. I have had to return this item. Sorry.

Lovely style but poor fit

I had high hopes for this as it looked great online. Sadly the fit was poor. I'm 5ft 3in and normally a size 10. I found the arms a little snug especially with a thin cashmere sweater underneath, the arms were also too long and the body a little too short even though Im short myself and like the cropped look. The colours are good and the quality nice but the synthetic lining in the arms wasn't nice. The jersey lining in the main part of the jacket was very comfortable. A bit disappointing for the price. Just so people know the orange is a very strong colour - I liked it but it didn't suit my complexion as I'm very fair.

I really like this jacket, it is very good for spring/colder summer days. I like the shape of the jacket and the swing back, I bought the green and I am thinking about buying the tangerine colour as well.

Love the bright colour and cotton lining. It's a good weight, excellent for a spring or autumn cover-up. The sleeves are not too long and the buttons on the pocket, while not the most practical, are stylish. Length: I am 4ft 11, and this jacket is a tiny bit shorter than I usually wear. As it is a little wide, it sticks out a bit but this should calm down when the fabric softens with wear. I could also have done with ordering a size smaller, but as I'm indoors eating, I might need the loose fit!. So, if it was about an inch longer and slightly less swingy, it would be perfect. But overall, I'm keeping it.

Purchased this as a casual summer/spring jacket. I would describe the colour as more of a soft sage green. It is quite short and, as described, has a swing back. It is that little bit smarter than your average anorak and will keep light winds at bay. Would survive misty rain but not sure about a downpour. I purchased a 10 and it fits well with a little bit of room and I am not a thin 10! Cannot comment on whether it washes well or not but cannot see any reason, looking at the instructions label, why it would not. I am very pleased with my purchase.
