Was more "woolly" material than I realised from the on-line pictures, so not suitable for a summer outfit

Just What I Have Been Looking For

I have been searching for a between season practical long coat. I travel a lot for work and often leave the chilly UK for warmer climes so I have been looking for a smart, practical lightweight coat which can handle being shoved into the overhead lockers on aircraft. This fits the bill perfectly. For a personal design perspective, I would prefer it if it didn't have side splits but otherwise it is great. I know I will get a lot of use from it and it is very good value for money.

I love this coat because you can wear it with jeans and sneakers or with smart trousers and heels. I wear mine to work. It’s very warm and comfortable and i have been told it looks elegant. It also washes well and needs minimal ironing.

ordered online tried it on fitted fine but looked like you had just put your nans dressing gown on ! Material does not allow the coat to flow properly Too much money for essentially a long fleece jacket ! Rethink this one please M snd S

I can’t wait for the milder weather to wear this! I’ve read the other very mixed reviews and having tried mine on realise you need to think a outside the box about how to wear it. I tried it on with skinny jeans and high heels and with embellished trainers and it worked so well. Don’t think I’ll wear it with a skirt/top as this might look a bit frumpy.

Bought over the internet. Extremely disappointed with the quality- looks like a dressing gown. The material was fleece but for nearly £50 I would have expected better quality. Sent back and bought something cheaper, that actually looks better.

Very disappointed with this item. Poor cut and style. Would be ok if tall. Fabric more similar to fleece material. Looks more like a dressing gown. However, well finished. Will be returning this item.

I had high hopes for this item but was very disappointed when it arrived. The fabric is a soft fleecy material similar to a dressing gown, it was too thick and it stuck to my trousers when I tried it on which I imagine would have been very frustrating when wearing it. The sleeves were too long and I had to roll them up. Overall I think the design would have worked better if it had been a soft flowing type of fabric. Sorry M & S I had to return it!

Recommended by Try Tuesday a great light weight coat for those Spring days when you do not need a heavy coat. The side splits give you extra movement and looks great with trousers/jeans for a more casual look. Sleeves a bit long for me, so turned the cuff back.
