Hubby has approved this heavy whale cotton shirt wholeheartedly. But he has only been able to wear it round the house. It is beautifully constructed collar and cuff wise and has two breast pockets which may come in useful. The downside is one cannot pop it in the tumble drier so have to leave it drip dry

I bought this in navy and loved it, have had a lot of wear from it, and with the right additions, scarf, bag etc, it has double as a coat on milder days . I then bought in the rust colour and have to say it's not an easy colour to work with. Hard to style with my usual wardrobe staples.

Simple and modern design, wide corduroy and finished with a horizontal hem rather than an extended conventional shirt tail. Two chest pockets and self-coloured buttons, along with plain sleeve cuffs with a single button to fasten. You'd probably wear a T-shirt or similar under it, but worth noting that the label on the inside just below the collar is made of a soft cotton and doesn't rub at all, which can be an issue sometimes.

Great edition to my A/W wardrobe - smart enough for a refreshed WFH and casual enough for lazy days.

Bought this about a week ago very pleased with it. Deliberately bought a size bigger to get layers underneath, Makes a great over shirt very versatile and warm enough to go outside on a chilly day. Good fit colour and style.

Fault

No, I don't recommend this
Good value for money and ideal for the Autumn, unfortunately the wrong buttons are sewn on which are too large, making it difficult to button up. One buttonhole was already damaged before I even tried it on.

I haven’t bought a shirt from M&S in ages as I couldn’t get a suitable fit, however this new relaxed fit has ticked all the boxes. Checked our the shirt in store but had to order on line as my size wasn’t available

This corduroy shirt is a great fit. I bought the navy coloured shirt and I like to wear it casual with jeans and a t-shirt underneath. This shirt is great for dry cooler days and can be an alternative to wearing a jacket.
