I was sent egift card 3 timed i went upto m/s fosse park Leicester how embarrassing each time wouldnt accept the bar code,customers service was going to get back to me,they have not as yet,not a happy shopper,thinking of taking it further

Easy to set up and send. As yet no confirmation it has been received by the recipient. Would be helpful if the website could confirm this during ordering E.g you will receive an email notification when the recipient opens the email containing the e-card. Then we would know they have received it. Often, for weddings it takes a while for them to acknowledge the gift so at least you would know they have received it and if they haven’t you can check it was sent to the correct email address.

If ordering from US to UK need to get on the M&S U.K. site so gift is displayed in Pounds rather than dollars. Once you have opened an account previous gifts are displayed which helps to remind of those past. Can be e-delivered immediately for most of us late rememberers or in the future for those rare well organized folks.
