A solid performance

This was bought in the sale and so far, so good. It is heavy given its material, takes a while to heat up but once it is, cooks competently, leaving appetising chargrilled markings on the food being cooked. One minus: the handle becomes very hot, too, so needs protection before picking up. Otherwise I can see this lasting a long time, a reliable and solid performer in the kitchen.

This is a very attractive, well made griddle pan. Unfortunately, the griddle area is quite small i.e. a standard wrap is too big and I would not be able to char grill enough vegetable for the two of us. I have had to return it reluctantly.
