Combining vetiver, geranium, black pepper, jasmine and cinnamon leaf, this diffuser will keep any space smelling fresh and spicy. I love this fragrance. I am quite fussy when it comes to room scents and hate artifical sickly scents from some well known brands that plug in. This is a really pleasing smell that is not overwhelming on the senses. I use the diffuser and also the room spray for a quick refresh if guests are coming.

I have tried every one of this range and Balance is my absolute favorite. The aroma is quite strong but beautiful. I've had so many compliments from family and friends that they are getting Balance for Christmas! My only concern is that there isn"t much of it in stores, sometimes there is none so I have to order it online. I hope the reason for this is that it is being discontinued. Please, M&S, Balance is too good a product, keep it coming!!

I was told by store colleagues that this was a discontinued product. So I was delighted to find it online. I have this in the spray which I use to freshen the air in the bedroom, but this is better because the smell is there all the time. It's not overpowering but strong enough to scent the bedroom. My husband likes the scent too because its not to floral/feminine. This is my favourite of the Apothecary Products and Scents

I really like this diffuser as I have large rooms and high ceilings and many diffusers don’t work, but this one does. The one thing I have noticed though is that it evaporates quite quickly but other than that it’s lovely!

The best smelling diffuser I’ve found. Makes my home smell gorgeous. This one was for my son’s bedroom as teenager’s rooms give off some awful smells. Makes it much more pleasant, plus it was the last room of the house that needed this diffuser.

I am a fan of the Balance range. I love the fresh, warm fragrance and purchased 2 reed diffusers for 2 small bathrooms. As previous reviews state - a lovely fragrance, but very disappointing reach. My bathrooms are small so I thought it would be worth the risk the try these. Sadly, one room has no detectable fragrance at all and the other one has only the slightest hint. Really disappointing as they are not cheap. Will definitely not be purchasing again.
