I have size 7.5 UK feet and the smaller size fit perfectly heel-to-toe and no wrinkling up in shoes or trainers which most 'one-size' socks do. I have washed the items several times and they reform the exact shape they were as new, with no loss of form due to the elastine content. They are predominantly cotton and whilst the elastine ensures a snug fit they do keep your feet fresh and moisture free, even on a really warm day.

Been buying other brands to try but they seem to be between 6-12 in size. I'm a size 9 so M&S 9-11 much more comfortable :-)
