Disappointing shape and rough underneath

I bought this product based on the photos. I've bought plates before from M&S but was surprised at how rough the bottom of the plates felt and the shape was the strangest I've seen! Not what I expected- uneven edges, which is the design on the photos under closer inspection but too strange for my liking. Disappointing compared to other sets. Got a refund.

I have been looking at this set for ages as I bought the pasta bowls last year. When the price dropped I just had to buy it. Because of the irregular shape they are hard to stack in a cupboard which is why I have marked it down

I returned the dinner set. Loved the floral design and quirky shape but didn't like the "bubbly" surface.

Quite heavy and irregular shaped but that’s why I love about them, that and the design. They look like pottery rather than from a shop. Especially worth it half price.

Lovely organic shapes but watercolor isn't vibrant

I liked the unusual shapes of this dinner set and the dimples on the surface however the watercolor is a bit too muted for me, more of an antique look rather than brand new plates. I returned them

I spent hours deciding which Dinner service to buy. This one is very quirky because of the non-uniform shape but also very pretty.

These are an acquired taste. They are not a standard shape nor uniform. They have a wavy finish to the flat plate surface and the bottom is not glazed. I like them but that of course is subjective.

So pretty and so individual! Stacks easily which was my only concern. Going to order another set to allow for any accidental breakages so I can use it for years to come. Delighted!

I purchased this set on a whim in store, I just fell in love with the quirky shape and pretty design. Please stock for a while M&S, incase I need replacements. I’m glad I picked it up in store, as reading the reviews would have put me off. I love that the plates are not round and it isn’t fully glazed underneath, it is a good weight and so very pretty.

I thought this set would be fine China like my first purchases, think the set was called Spring Meadow or something similar, but it was chunky misshapen and frankly awful. I was fortunate to see a great chunk missing from the first box of dinner plates so had an ideal reason to return the set. Glad I was lucky enough to open that box first, saved the nightmare of repacking.
