I was very disappointed with these shoes, the leather was very hard and very shiny they didn't bend very easily. Definitely had to return them not upto M&S usual standard.

USe to buy these all the time when they were 'footgloves' these are obviously cheaper made, very hard leather. Wore them twice, the second time the heel had stretched so muich I kept walking out of them. Have returned and won't buy again.

I had previously had a pair of these shoes so was quite confident that the new ones would be as good - and they are! I can walk miles in them, they are a perfect fit and very comfortable.

I have bought these shoes for many years as they serve me well as work shoes. Unfortunately they are no longer a foxglove make and because of this the sizing is very different. I have always had a UK 6 and a half but now this size are like flippers on my feet!!!! Will send them back and hope a smaller size will fit

It is a shame that this shoe in wide fitting is not available in the store and has to be ordered online. It used to be available as I buy a pair every year however staff advised it had been withdrawn and only online. I am appalled that you are asking body size in this survey or even height !, That is an invasion of privacy and I will no longer take part in a M/S survey.
