Thermal Jacquard Animal Print Half Zip Fitted Top

I have added this to my ever expanding list of these sports tops. The material is quite thick and warm. The only negative is that it is on the small side. I had to buy a larger size. When I measured it up against a similar top a size smaller it was the same size.

I went up a size to 14 as detailing noted this top is quite fitted. I want to layer a tee shirt etc under it, it’s a lovely fit and contemporary design.

Lovely design. Very warm too. Looks great with the matching leggings.

I bought this top as I already have two other thermal running tops from M&S, it is warm but I’m not as keen on the fabric. Unlike the other tops it doesn’t have a pocket which I miss. The sleeves are only just long enough if you want to make use of the thumb holes.

I like this top ordered to wear as a warm layer for an upcoming trip to Finland. I have tried the top and it did keep me warm with other layers but it’s not overly comfortable and I did consider returning it. It’s hard to get in and the arms don’t have enough stretch in them which makes them feel a little out of line to get your thumbs in the thumb hole. Definitely would have preferred more flexibility in the fabric. I do like the design and the overall fit is true. Just feels stiff and awkward.

Love this top, very comfortable to wear and I wear this a lot for hiking and general everyday wear. I had ordered 2 sizes to compare, but the 14 (which I kept) is only minutely bigger than the 12 - I had thought that there would be a bit more room. But it's fine and it's a lovely garment, love the print and the colour. But quality control on the size differential?
