Have been trying to get my hands on this for ages. Initially ordered a large (with 20% discount) but it was massive. No medium available on line or in any nearby stores. I waited and kept checking then one appeared in stock on the website. It really is lovely and although it was expensive at full price it is timeless and will last many seasons.

This jacket is much better than the photos can show! Old Jaeger always did great knitwear and this is up with the best. The quality of the merino wool is superbly soft and the little details like the raised seam effect on the front and the pocket flaps raises it into the designer class. It's smart but not stiff like a tailored jacket and goes with everything from jeans to a dress. The fit is perfect in my usual M&S size. Some have said the sleeves are a little short but I like to show a bit of cuff so that's not a problem for me. I have changed the buttons for cream shell so that it becomes infinitely flexible and can be worn with any colour or look. The value for money is simply astonishing.

Lovely little jacket but a big difference in size between S and M. The S was a bit short in the sleeves but the M absolutely swamped me (I’m a 12). Looks great quality, nice handle to the material. Should be warm as well as smart!

Perfect. Great quality well fitted smart hoes with so many things and will look great over summer dresses too. I bought a 12 and the sleeves are not too long as mentioned before. They often are for me and I just turn up

A lovely quality jacket or can be worn as a cardigan, with a variety of outfits. However, sleeves are very long, I had to roll them up to be able to wear it- and I am tall, have regular/ long arms

I ordered extra large as the fit was described as regular (I'm usually size 18). The fit was a little big and I could have probably got away with size large. The fabric is excellent and weighty. The problem was the sleeves which were at least 6 or 7 inches too long and I don't have short arms. They were completely out of proportion. A pity but I'm going to have to return.

Smart but very useful. Took it on a long weekend away - went with everything. I’m a 14 and large was a little big so bought medium. Well made, buttons are very secure! Hope to see more colours.

Great product. Would have been better if it was made in an XS also. As with all M&S knitwear the sleeves are too short. Look at all the models. Sleeves too short. You can always fold them back but you cannot make them longer. Please make the sleeves longer.
