Bought two of these lamps. Very sturdy, stylish and well made. Would have given it 5 stars if the arm was fully adjustable rather than having to unscrew it to do this. The actual shade is adjustable so this is a positive!

I bought this as a bedside reading light in a guest bedroom. It seems well made and heavier than I expected. It has furniture protection on the base which is good however it is not as adjustable as I had hoped. Once the arm is screwed in position my 'guest' would have to completely unscrew the arm with the lamp to reposition and screw together again. It is therefore technically 'adjustable' but cannot be easily swivelled into a desired position. The head can be moved around though and given the good reach of the lamp arm I think it will work OK. Pleased with the look -just hope my guests find it suitably functional. It does seem to be good value for money hence 4* overall.
