Unfortunately this product had to be returned. Not sure if it was old stock but I could not squeeze the product out of the tube. It was overly thick and did not smell very nice

The cleanser does a really good job my skin is looks brighter and softer the texture of the cleanser is really thick it does not come out the tube easily but I can put up with that as it makes such a difference to my skin

Product is good but it’s nearly impossible to squeeze the contents out of the tube since the the new packaging was introduced. I’m no skinny little wimp of a girl but I have to use both hands to squeeze even the tiniest pea size amount out of the tube. Too difficult!

I bought this as part of the "buy 2 products, get the night cream free". This has a nice, not too rough, texture and my skin felt clean afterwards but I found the smell a bit "off" - I expected something a bit more pleasant for the price. Incidentally, the REN packaging was damaged from my Click & Collect and there were 3 dirty marks on the box, the same for the REN box my night cream came in, which made me wonder whether the product might be a bit past its best-before (no date on box). Although the product inside is what matters, I was very disappointed to receive battered, marked boxes when I had paid for premium products. If I had been buying for a gift, these would have to have been returned.

With very fine (non-plastic!) micro-granules, this cleanser doesn't feel harsh at all and could be used multiple times a week. A small amount goes a long way.

The product itself smells lovely and feels great on the skin, rough enough to do the job with a creaminess that feels indulgent. However, the packaging is just awful. Even toothpaste comes in softer plastic. It is impossible to get all the product out of the packaging, and yet I keep trying because I paid so much money for it. Which is frustrating enough to negate all the lovely effects of the product itself. I would recommend it only to friends with a lot of disposable cash.

I bought this after receiving a sample in store. It has a nice fragrance that does not over power you. It feels nice a smooth afterwards and helps to clear the skin of the dead layer of cells that accumulate.
