I love this. The instant cooling combined with the soothing action of this serum really hits the spot. I find myself on a daily basis also just rolling it around the eye area, it’s a great eye gel too. The tube is super easy to use, switching from on to off with ease and a gentle squeeze dispensing the right amount means I find this so easy to use. I use it under and on top of makeup, underneath useage is added after my daily moisturiser. Unbelievably efficient, I doubted its claims to be honest but thought I’d take a chance after reading a review in a magazine. It just works and does all you hope. I really like it and won’t be without a tube now. A rare product that does exactly what it claims to do. I do love that instant and long lasting cooling effect!

This serum is lovely and cool feeling, I like the roll on tube to use over my skin, I feel that I can distribute the product easy over my face unlike a pump dispenser. I use twice a day along with the tonic and moisturiser

This is brilliant cream. It works for me. Its gentle on my sensitive skin and I use it whenever I’m feeling over heated, flushed or hot. especially like to use it before going to bed as it cools me down and helps me drift off.

I bought this some time ago, having read a magazine article about it. It's certainly an effective product and does cool down a hot flush. The smell is not that nice, but bearable. I find the product 'pills' on the skin once it has dried, but I suppose that's an added exfoliating feature! However, I don't think I'd buy it again as it is pricey. I bought a nice USB-charged fan that goes around the neck and blasts my face with air, which is more effective and much cheaper in the long run.
