Leaf Print Collared Midaxi Shirt Dress

I always read the reviews and this time they were spot on! I'm a 12/14 and on the advice of other customers I bought the 12 as other reviews indicated this dress was oversized. The size 12 was far too big for me, with the sleeves falling over my hands and the hem was over my feet! The material is very heavy and floppy and very disappointing. It has been returned. A shame as I have two other M&S dresses which are lovely.

I purchased this in a size 8 (I am normally a 10/12) it was very long as I am 5’ but liked the style and material enough to have it shortened by removing the frill. The skirt is roomy but the dress is a good winter style with boots.

I ordered this in my usual size but had to return as it was far too big! Sadly no linnet available in the smaller size as in the sale.

This is a lovely dress, the material is heavy enough to feel expensive, it is cut well (slimmer on the back (bum) with more material around the front, so you don't look huge... The styling is very current. I do think it comes up bigger. Although they are pink flowers it is almost an optical illusion because they just look neutral - as you can see in the picture, which for me was a good thing. I will say being 5ft 3 it is long... so certainly not midaxi, definitely maxi. I imagine it would suit most shapes (I am a 36D and it is flattering around the chest). Haven't washed it yet so can't comment on that. Really lovely.

Wanted to buy a dress as I always wear trousers. Not only was this dress comfy, long enough for my height (I’m 5’10) it also has pockets!!!. It’s very roomy also, so you might need to select a smaller size.

I bought a very similar style dress in March and adore it! When I spotted this dress and particularly the picture with the pockets I got very excited. If it came in 10 colours I would buy every one. It is on the flowy side and I am usually a 16. I ordered this one in a 14 and am very happy with it. It is a lovely material with a skinny belt but it's the pockets that I really love...I pair mine with casual runners bit it's lovely with ankle boots for autumn/winter. Very happy customer!

I have purchased some lovely dresses from M&S but this is not one! Looks lovely on the hangar and online. Trying it on, it just hangs, shapelessy- returned I'm afraid.

Great dress, will wear lots I'm sure ..will work for all seasons, sandals, trainers boots will all work.....great material too

I bought this for an office dress to look smart/casual but comfortable I think it works better with a wider leather belt. I haven’t washed it yet but am sure that it will wash fine as I have had this material before

Love it - Midaxi is basically maxi on me 5’5 which is great! Perfect with trainers for a black boot. The little leaf motifs are a very pale pink which is hard to spot in the images.

Really pleased with this dress.....looks lovely & received lots of nice comments when I wore it.

Easy to wear, floaty and flattering, comes up big so size up.

The sizing of this dress is totally wrong. I bought a size 10 regular as this is what I normally am in M&S dresses. The dress was so big it was more Like size 16 & draped on the floor. Returned
