Gem Ball Extra Large Pendant Light

Absolutely love these lights they really are super attractive! They make the room sparkle … recommend them for some glamour in your home.

Having purchased this light fitting a week ago at full price now to see it reduced by £75 is very frustrating.Ordered online and on receipt of light found it damaged.It is a very fragile item hundreds of glass shapes fitted to a frame by very thin wire.If not packed correctly or unpacked wit extreme care some of the fittings become detached from the wire and not easy to fix by oneself.Item was returned and a replacement organised.Replacement arrived a day early and before collection of damaged one.Replacement had been slightly better packed but still slight damage as previous one.Was able to repair by myself to a acceptable standard.If I did not like this light so much I would have returned it and cancelled order.My personal view is this item is not suitable for carrier delivery especially not an outside one.Also instructions on how to unpack item without possibly damaging it the process would help.

Looks great but arrived without necessary screws so posed a problem for the electrician.

Some of the wire holding the crystals in place were broken but my husband fixed them, should have returned really. Looks nice

Just bought this light fitting and absolutely love it. It suits my house perfectly and is good value compared to similar ones I’ve seen elsewhere.

This is a beautiful light that would enhance a large hallway, but very sadly it didn’t suit mine. I looked round my house to find somewhere for it, but regret there isn’t a place for it, so with a heavy heart returned it.

Have waited for this to be in stock to complete redecorated living room, stunning light fitting, ideal for large Victorian terrace living room. Easy to understand instructions though it takes 2 people to support the weight of lampshade while fitting

Although expensive, this light is totally worth it, it has totally changed our room. Would recommend buying.
