I had bought the full size of two of these items and loved them. Unfortunately the mini sizes were not as good. Packaging flimsy. I had bought for holidays but was sorry I had not just taken my other items with me.

Creates volume but awful to untangle

I have fine hair, so I have tried many volume products. The shampoo does create volume and makes the hair a bit stiff/dull which is expected from sodium chloride which is one of the thickening agents. The problem is, that the conditioner absolutely does not counteract that, therefore the hair became a tangled mess impossible to comb out and if you have chemically treated hair you might find that you rip and break a few hairs. Neither did help the "no oil oil" which is also contains dimethicone which my hair can't stand. I had to apply 5 other products after washing to be able to brush through my hair. I like the hair mousse though which is non drying and seems conditioning as well as giving volume. This product was absolutely not for me.

I decided to buy this set as my daughter raves about the Percy and Reed items she has had in her Xmas advent calendar/Summer gift set. I love all the products in this small size trial set. I will be buying the larger ones soon. My hair is fine and it has certainly given it the boost I needed. Plus they all smell gorgeous.
