Great purchase (bought the bedroom range )

Yes, I recommend this
We bought this set from store as we wanted to see what it looked like in the flesh type thing. and we loved it!! We originally considered the Hastings range, as we had bought the bed frame a few years ago, but when we seen this, we went for it as it had a smooth curved design and liked the wooden look detailing. Ideal design with little ones with it having smooth edges. It was tricky to start with as hubby and I were trying to get to grips with the interlocking system, as there are no screws!! Once we got the hang of the double wardrobe, we were then able to then build this chest of drawers, and the triple wardrobe version and narrow tower set of drawers within 1 evening. Love the wide handles to open and close and smooth runners. Very happy!!

Cora chest assembly

It is really heavy and needs two people to assembly. The instructions are clear, but we had difficulty keeping the back slotted into the side pieces before turning it upright. It was also easier to attach the handles before inserting the drawers. It looks good and the drawers run smoothly.

Love the look, only thing to watch is the drawers aren’t as deep inside as they look from outside.

I bought these chest of drawers for our daughters room we also bought the tripe wardrobe too, the chest of drawers went together very easily, there is plenty of room and it feels very sturdy. So far so good, we are in the process of putting together the wardrobe so will review that. I bought these items in the sale so excellent value for money.

Please read my review of the 3 drawer version of this which I gave 4 stars. The reason that this item gets 3 stars is as follows: Like the 3 drawer unit it drops points for lack of capacity and the drawer closing mechanism which could so easily have been soft closing. This 6 drawer unit drops a further star because the final stage of assembling the carcass is the top section. Due to it being a tool less click system you have to line up the top section precisely with the sides, rear and central divider section which was very difficult to achieve. As you click one bit in the other bit raises up. From my extensive experience of kitchen fitting and flat pack assembly I did eventually achieve this by using a block and hammer. I suspect less experienced folk may struggle. The frustrating thing about this is the click system is quite clever and the quality of the materials is excellent. This furniture is not cheap at full price. Whilst I do recommend the 3 drawer unit, due to the assembly problems I cannot recommend this 6 drawe version.
