Very pleased with the shoes but I went half a size up and they fit perfectly. Usually have Velcro fasteners and have found the buckles a bit fiddly to do up but think it is because they are new.

I really like these shoes, but i have now had 2 pairs completely fray on the back of the heel, and strap frayed i managed to get the first pair replaced but m and s will not replace the second pair, although i sent photos as proof, bring back to a clothing to store they said, well i order online as i do not have such a store here ,and no way of getting to one. The faulty product i am now stuck with wearing. And the customer service with this issue is severely lacking.

OMG love these. Have never worn ballet flats or Mary Jane type shoes before as didn’t think they were really my thing! Spotted these randomly on a sale shelf and decided to try them. Fell in love and even more so with the price! The shape is just perfect and makes my whole foot/leg look right - if you get my drift! Shoes just have to suit you!! They are super comfy, not really walked far in them and don’t intend to, so for show purposes they are great! I’d say slightly bigger than your average size but only minimally. Willing to overlook that! I love them that much that I bought them full price in the black too! The cream ones goes perfectly with my M&S cream leather look cross body sling bag bought earlier in the year. Thanks M&S. Feeling trendy! 😊

Comfortable and stylish shoes which can be worn with jeans or a dress. I wore them a lot with my carrot shaped jeans and always had lots of compliments. I liked them so much I’ve bought them in black for the autumn and winter.
