Its good for emergency use. Its light weight for light usage. It's small so doesn't offer much protection, but it's as good as i expected.

Purchased as a gift for my elderly dad. He thinks its a good quality umbrella.

It was bought for my grandson, It was an ideal size to put into his man bag, and he is very happy with it.

Flimsy, not likely to last a strong gust of wind but very light

The metal catch that kept the umbrella open broke off within a lightly-used month of purchase. Feel cheated. Shame on M&S for selling a sub-standard product.

Within a month of purchase, the metal catch necessary for the umbrella to stay open had become detached. When I tried to keep the umbrella up on a wet day, I sliced open my finger on the defective catch covering my hand in blood. M&S should be ashamed to sell such a shoddy product.
