Haven't bought M&S boots online before .had my feet measured in shop last year 11/5 on widest foot .just purchased dress boots from major retail competitor & size 12 were just ok .after reading reviews went for 13 then added 14 ..incase of new and improved fit happened!! It did .size 14 is the new 11\5 .would get 15 s if they were available but these will get better with use ..so far great boots .
