Ordered online, collect in store, it was in a sealed box, but the pot was broken in a few places. Did not want to return to store as a journey to get there and needed it quickly for a gift, so luckily managed to find a replacement pot. The item is lovely, realistic and perfect for someone who loves orchids, but can't keep them alive, but would not recommend buying online!
