Very poor quality with the wood splitting in several places whilst using minimal force.

The drawers look nice, but the construction method is bizarre. It's designed to be constructed without any tools or screws at all, which means you end up applying a fair bit of force to connect the individual parts together. This then makes the whole proces quite stressful because the whole time you're worried that you might break something by pushing too hard, and there will inevitably be some parts which you didn't quite put together properly and will break a few weeks later. Nevertheless, the drawers do look nice and I'm glad I purchased them. I just wish they used screws and bolts to put them together instead of a weird new method which solves a problem that didn't exist.

Everything clicks together like laminate flooring with machined tongue and grooves. Unfortunately these joints are not strong enough for furniture. I had to go out and buy wood glue to secure it properly. It's a shame the furniture has this problem as a lot of thought has gone into putting numbers on the parts which helps a lot and although the packaging arrived looking like it had been rolled down a hill, the parts inside were OK. It's simply a really bad idea to assemble everything with nothing more than a press fit. I expected more from M&S.

Good quality product. Easy to assemble by following detailed instructions. Drawer size is good. Kept well informed about delivery timings and delivery guys were very helpful. Great all round product and delivery experience.

Easy to put together with comprehensive information

Not a great design when building would not buy them again for the price we paid. Have assembled better from other companies.
