I have now had this mattress 6 months.and it is the best mattress I have ever had. No aches and pains in the morning as I suffer from lower back pain ,It was a bit pricey.but I bought it when there was a home event,so that was great and worth every penny. A great nights sleep. .I would highly recomend this mattress,

She tells me that it is super comfy and cosy. It took her a few nights to get used to it as she'd had her previous mattress for 18 years!! This one will hopefully support her rather more than her ancient mattress!! Really pleased with it, the delivery guys wee lovely and very courteous. Paid for the old mattress removal which was no fuss at all. Highly recommend..

I agree with the previous review. The mattress does not have a firm feel, nor is it supportive. How an independent review can ignore this fact is quite astonishing. I am disappointed with the M&S brand in both quality of product and quality of customer service if they cannot acknowledge a fault in their product line. An issue raised is an opportunity to excel in customer service. I too now have an independent reviewer coming out to view my mattress. This mattress is being marketed incorrectly, it is not at all supportive nor does it have a firm feel.

So pleased with this mattress, it’s so comfortable. Such a brilliant purchase. Delivery was easy, giving us a two hour slot too.

Having suffered from lower back pain for several months and already having a good quality firm ortho mattress that was in good condition, I was reluctant to purchase a new one. Best thing I could have done! The mattress has allowed for a perfect nights sleep, which I haven’t had for a long time. Extremely comfortable and at a good price.

Great nights sleep from the very first night. I will have to buy new bottom sheets as the mattress is so much deeper than my last one.

I read the reviews and was really looking forward to receiving this mattress, however even when the weather has cooled , this mattress has remained super hot every night - no cooling effect as suggested , In addition my back has had some aches from this mattress, I have attempted to resolve this issue with M&S with no success and I am left having to fork out for another mattress from somewhere else and not knowing what to do with my super uncomfortable massive mattress!!

We were well over due a new mattress and had been looking for some time. I’d been at researching memory foam mattresses and decided on this one and I am not disappointed. The mattress is comfortable although slightly deeper than my old one my bedding still fits. The delivery was good didn’t have to wait long for dispatch, on time and as promised received notification 30 mins before arrival I also booked for the old mattress to be removed saving a lot of hassle. No complaints

I read the reviews and thought I would chance this, I am so glad I did , this is the perfect mattress for us, not too hard and firm enough to provide really good back support. I would thoroughly recommend it!
