A classic unoaked Pinot Grigio from the rolling hills of the Venezie region in the far north-east of Italy. Here as the summers are relatively cool, the grapes ripen slowly, tempered by the warm Adriatic breezes, developing crisp fruit and herbal flavours. Made by 3rd generation, brother and sister team Arrigo Bidoli and Margherita in their beautiful repurposed brick factory. Best enjoyed chilled within 2 years of purchase.
