A distinctive and uniquely creamy vodka made entirely from cows’ milk. With its smooth texture and rounded, soft finish, this is great cocktail vodka.
Devised by Dorset dairy farmer Jason Barber, Black Cow vodka is made entirely from grass-fed cows’ milk from Jason’s own 250-strong herd. In the dairy, once the milk has been separated into curds and whey, the curds are used to make cheese, while the whey is turned into vodka using a unique process that distills it into a fine spirit using a special (and secret) blending method. To finish, the vodka is triple filtered before bottling to give it its pure, unadulterated character.
