Vintage: 2015

A fine, well-balanced white Burgundy with a delicious buttery roundness and tangy flavours of oranges and lemons. It has not been aged in oak so has a particularly fresh, fruity character.

About this bottle: The grapes for this wine are 100% hand-picked Chardonnay from the commune of Uchizy, one of the special villages in the Mâconnais region that is allowed to put its name on a single Domaine in the label. In this location the limestone-rich soils and warm, sunny climate suits the Chardonnay grape, here making a premium example of a dry and unoaked, fresh white Burgundy. The winemakers are father and son team Raphael and Gerard Sallet.

Vintage: 2018

Delicious classic Chablis, crisp and dry with green apple and blanched nuts aromas followed by a mouth-watering citrus tang. Invigorating tautness balanced by a soft flintiness and rounded mouth feel makes this beautifully refined and utterly elegant.

About this bottle: M&S and Union des Viticulteurs de Chablis in partnership for over 25 years, use Chardonnay from limestone soils, which together with the cool climate, give this bespoke Chablis its distinctive mineral character. Ideal to drink now or within 2 years.

A fruity dry white with an exotic note of ginger and white peach.

About this bottle: Pioneering winemaker Olivier Mandeville was one of the first to plant Viognier in the Languedoc region and he left this wine unoaked to allow full expression of the vibrant and unctuous fruit.

Vintage: 2018

An elegant, fruity and aromatic white wine with flavours of pear, herbs and gooseberry.

About this bottle: This juicy, refreshing dry Sauvignon Blanc was grown in the gravelly soils and fresh climate of north-east Italy's renowned Friuli Grave appellation. Made by third-generation winemaker Arrigo Bidoli and left unoaked to allow the pure fruit expression to shire through.

Vintage: 2016

This classically aromatic Sauvignon Blanc shows all the racy finesse that makes this one of the region's greatest grape varieties.

About this bottle: The grapes for this wine come predominantly from vineyards planted in the Loire Valley, benefiting from the same continental climate as Sancerre, with short sharp winters followed by moderately hot summers. This provides the perfect conditions for the Sauvignon Blanc to ripen. The winemakers were Jean-Christophe Bourgeois and Raphaële Léon-Grillon.

Vintage: 2014

Lemon yellow, lightly aromatic white with wonderfully concentrated fruit on the palate. Grapefruit with a tingle of crisp minerality, deep apple ripeness, and a wonderful warming hint of honey and spice.

About this bottle: From the southeastern slopes of Mount Etna, the mineral-rich volcanic soils of these vineyards bring great individuality and character to their wines. M&S Winemaker Jeneve Williams and Nicosia's Maria Carella worked together to select this harmonious blend of tangy Carricante and fruity Catarratto.
