ABOUT THIS WINE:
An appealingly fruity example of the French classic Beaujolais, made from 100% Gamay grapes. Marks & Spencer has worked closely with French winery Paul Sapin in the Beaujolais region to create a smooth, easy-drinking style of red. This wine has been sealed with a screw cap. Our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine.
SERVING:
Serve this wine at room temperature or very slightly chilled. As a lighter, fruity red, it is suitable for drinking on its own, or pair with cold meats - especially ham, stews and sausages. It also goes well with mild creamy cheeses.
