We are unable to deliver furniture to the Orkney Islands, internationally, some postcodes (see link) or to our stores for collection.

Good chairs. 3* review due to fabric I would have preferred grey leather. Chairs are to replace previous well used Alton chairs in brown leather. Leather is more durable with children! I didn’t like the M&S grey leather dining chairs due to the back being so low.

Bought 4 of these chairs in a recent “offer” . When I sat on one my leg was pierced by a large headed tack, not visible until sat on. Had to wait some 3 weeks until a technician could visit, he took out the offending item which was not part of the original seat, it left a hole in the fabric and was duly replaced. I was told originally that we would get some compensation, this has not been forthcoming. Not good enough M and S, no apology, let alone compensation for being without a chair to sit on for several weeks. Very disappointed.
