[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously injured my knee (mcl -medial collateral ligament). This bothered me as I have never had a restrictive injury. I tried a number of shoes from various brand names you would recognize to see of it would help. THIS pair, the RAPIDMOVE TRAINING SHOE is like therapy for my knee. I’m doing squats, lunges and my knee feels better when I leave the gym than before I came in. They’re great on the treadmill, but I’m sticking to a slower pace until the mcl completely heals. I can’t explain it and I can’t promise you would get the same results as me as we’re all different with different feet, builds, injuries etc. I’m just giving you my experience. Size is true to fit. I’d say the width is a bit roomy on my narrow foot.

They were too tight for me. I usually prefer wide fitting shoes but thought I would take a chance on these as people had mentioned they had plenty of room at the toes. Unfortunately with having a high instep they were still tight.
