The fragrance is so subtle that I contacted Neom to ask if maybe I had a candle from a problematic batch? Swift and polite reply saying they'd had no reports of problems and suggested I ask M&S for an exchange/refund. I won't do that as it's not the fault of M&S that the fragrance didn't live up to expectations. The wax does burn evenly but in no way does its fragrance fill my (average-sized) room. I wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful scent and fantastic value from M&S particularly at 20% time. Excellent present for someone special too. I have purchased the room fragrances in the Neom range too but it’s worth investing in the candle in particular.
