For someone with a double hydrocele its difficult finding underpants to fit. I would normally buy size x but have to buy 2x . So the waist elastic is not strong enough to keep the underpants up all the time. Quality is good though . There are no lables to these items except to have it all printed onto the fabric. These instructions and info soon become unreadable with washing.

I have been looking for a pair of trunks that are not tight on the thighs as I have large legs due to cycling & weight lifting with even the famous step ones even too tight but these m&s ones are just great as they was recommended by someone in the same position as me . I went one size up & glad I did as the normal size would have been little too snug .
