Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Add distilled special reserve blended Scotch whisky (25 mL) , Collection single apiary pure British honey (7 g) , clementine juice (10 mL) and cinnamon stick (1) to a saucepan along with 50ml water and gently warm, without boiling.
Step 2
Pour into a glass mug and garnish with the clementine slice (to taste) .
