Method

Step 1
Cook the French fries (300 g) in the oven according to the packet instructions.
Step 2
Mix the Greek yoghurt (150 g) with the lemon (1/4) , the grated garlic (2 cloves) and 1 tbsp olive oil. Use this to marinate the chicken (1 pack) for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Fry the marinated chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through, then remove from the pan and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Step 4
Meanwhile, warm the pittas (4) according to the packet instructions. Open each pitta and spread with 1 tbsp tzatziki (60 g) , then scatter with handfuls of lettuce (2) , tomato (335 g) and red onion (1) .
Step 5
Put some chicken strips into each pitta along with a few French fries. Serve each pitta with a handful more French fries as a side.
