Meet our farmer
Emma Moran from Co. Dublin is one of our dedicated M&S Select Farms beef farmer. Her family has been running this beef farm for three generations producing incredible Irish beef like all our Select Farmers. Emma prides herself on beef they supplies, which comes from cattle reared on a grass based diet and spend over 80% of their life outside.
