All of our lamb is sourced from M&S Select Farms and is 100% traceable. Kevin Feeney from Co. Mayo is one of our dedicated M&S Select lamb farmers. At Kevin's Farm, he produces incredible lamb ,and like all our M&S Select Farmers, Kevin prides himself on the top-quality of his meat. Kevin highlights that the traditional stone walls provide shelter from the elements of the West and that the plentiful supply of high-quality grassland is what ensures that top-quality produce and how all of the M&S Lamb is 100% traceable.
