M&S marinated Italian mozzarella bocconcini

M&S fresh green pesto

M&S marinated flame-seared red and yellow peppers
1 pot
(130 g)
M&S marinated slow-roasted tomatoes
30 mL
M&S unfiltered extra virgin olive oil
1 handful
basil , leaves picked

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C/1 90°C fan/gas mark 6 1/2.
Step 2
Spread the M&S Roasted Red Pepper Paste (1 jar) evenly over each M&S mini white pittas (4) .
Step 3
Mix the mozzarella balls (1 pot) into the green pesto (15 g) . Top the pittas with the mozzarella, chargrilled peppers (1 pot) and slow-roasted tomatoes (1 pot) , to your liking.
Step 4
Place the "mini pizzas” on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Once cooked, scatter the basil (1 handful) over the pizzas and finish off with a drizzle of olive oil (30 mL) .
