Step 1
Add Seville orange gin (50 mL) , orange liqueur (15 mL) , Seville orange marmalade (7 g) and lemon juice (5 mL) to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake.
Step 2
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel (to taste) .
