Method

Step 1
Heat a splash of oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat.
Step 2
Add the garlic (2 cloves) , chilli (2) and 1 sliced piece of ginger (1 piece) and cook for 30 seconds before adding the pork (1 pack) . Stir fry for 5-6 minutes on a high heat until the pork is lightly golden.
Step 3
Add the green beans (500 g) , 1 tbsp soy sauce (15 mL) and sugar (10 g) and fry for a further 5 minutes until the pork and green beans are cooked. Add a splash of water if the mix becomes very dry. Stir in the hoisin sauce (60 mL) and remove from the heat.
Step 4
While cooking the stir-fry, heat the stock (1) with 800ml of boiling water in a large saucepan with the sesame oil (30 mL) and 1 tbsp soy sauce (15 mL) .
Step 5
Cook the noodles (250 g) in the stock for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Divide the noodles between serving dishes, then add one ladle of the stock to each dish and top with the pork and green beans.
Step 7
Serve with a squeeze of lime (1) .
