M&S salted caramel sauce
1 knob
butter
to taste
blueberries

Method

Step 1
Whisk together the eggs (4) , cream (200 mL) , sugar (10 g) and vanilla paste (6 g) .
Step 2
Spread the brioche (4 slices) with the salted caramel sauce (40 g) , then sandwich together to make two sandwiches.
Step 3
Soak the sandwiches in the egg-cream mixture for 2 minutes, turning halfway through.
Step 4
Heat the butter (1 knob) in a frying pan, then fry the sandwiches for a minute or so on each side, until golden. Serve with blueberries (to taste) , crème fraîche (to taste) and a dusting of icing sugar (to taste) .
